Over the coming weeks and months I intend to read many books on the dangers of our modern diet and the need to return to a more whole food diet.
However, to start this page I am going to recommend a book that I believe, even though not released until later this month, will be a gem in your journey to real food. Lisa Leake’s 100 Days of Real Food Cookbook looks like it will be up to the same calibre as her website. I certainly will be looking to get a copy as soon as I can as I continue this journey to incorporating more whole foods in our diet. I will then update you on my personal view of the book.
